Get Fit with Slendertone - see what they did for my abs!

I have got to share with you my love of slendertone body toning products.

I have had the slendertone Ab belt for a while and have had good results, see here. First let me point out in this pic I am 37 years old and have given birth twice in the last 6 years! No sign of a pregnant tummy there ;)

I have since invested in the new slendertone mini - which is like a little skirt that tones and uplifts your bottom. I want a perky bottom!

I also have the slendertone arms system for toning upper arms. Though I find using these a little restrictive.

Slendertone do many more products than these but this is what I have in my collection and I shall take some pics shortly of the results. Meanwhile here are my abs courtesy of slendertone ab belt!

I have never used a product I believed in as much as I believe in slendertones .

These results were achieved after using my ab belt every day for a couple of weeks. The results show pretty fast if you're pretty slim to begin with.

The feeling from wearing the mini (which is like a wrap around mini skirt where the pads sit on your bottom) is one of massage on my bottom and round the abs, contracting and relaxing. The arms really did feel like they got a work out too, I had those on yesterday and will pop them on again today. I aim to lift my bottom and lose those bingo wings not that my 'wings' can fly or anything but still, I want to keep in shape.

I save time and money with these as I don't go to the gym. This is how I justify the cost of the products. They are cheap compared to annual gym membership! I've also had my ab belt a couple of years and it's still working fine!
